Heartwork is a short documentary that delves into the intersectional experiences and unique needs of women and gender-diverse individuals working within Corporate Canada. Featuring leaders from six community organizations championing gender equity and inclusion, the film offers compelling perspectives rooted in the communities they serve and represent. With a hopeful vision for the future, Heartwork invites audiences to reimagine the future of work and inspires action toward building a more conscious and inclusive economy.
Heartwork 2.0 continues the exploration of women and gender diverse individuals' experiences, shifting focus to those operating within the gig economy. This short film highlights the challenges faced by women gig workers and envisions an economy that prioritizes the well-being of women and all genders. Heartwork 2.0 provides an inspiring roadmap for a more equitable and conscious economic future.
