In collaboration with Interac Corp, this initiative combines mindfulness practices with financial wellness education to empower participants to develop stronger financial skills. Through a series of events and educational programs, participants gain tools to align financial well-being with mindful decision-making.

Community Love Note
The way it made us do a deep dive on the why of finances. I cried the entire 2.5-hour drive home thinking about the egg exercise. My own childhood trauma about money has shaped who I am today. Transitioning into the financial industry after leaving a different career has been the most challenging year of my life, but this workshop inspired me to become a better mother and financial planner. Aseel and Rhiannon presented such an important topic, and I feel blessed to have been part of it.
